Compatible Bars
Husqvarna T540 XP® II is typically shipped with a 3/8″ Mini -pitch drive sprocket and cutting equipment, but can also be fitted with a .325″ Mini sprocket, bar and chain. Compatible bars are listed below separately for either pitch option.

Husqvarna original bars (3/8″ Mini)
When fitted with a 3/8″ Mini pitch drive sprocket (stock option), the Husqvarna T540 XP® II takes all Husqvarna guide bars with the Small mount, 3/8 Mini pitch and .050″ gauge – .043″ gauge should go too, though not specified by Husqvarna for the saw. The compatible original bars are listed in the table below. Recommended bar lengths are 12″ to 16″, compatible bars outside this range greyed out.

Oregon bars (3/8″ Low Profile)
When fitted with a 3/8″ Mini pitch drive sprocket (stock option), the Husqvarna T540 XP® II takes Oregon guide bars in the A095 mount, 3/8 Low Profile pitch and both .043″ and .050″ gauge. The Oregon .043″ narrow kerf chain (90PX) is specified for saws up to 42cc and OK for the T540, though only a single 12″ bar model is available in this gauge.
