Compatible Bars
Stihl original bars
The MS 200 takes all Stihl guide bars with the small 3005 mount, 3/8P (Picco) pitch and .050″ gauge (63 PM3 chain). Also .043″ gauge bars fit technically, but the .043″ chain (61 PMM3) is probably not specced for power of the MS 200. The compatible original bars are listed in the table below. Recommended bar lengths are 12″ to 18″, compatible bars outside this range in parentheses.

Oregon bars
Oregon makes MS 200 -compatible guide bars in the A074 mount, 3/8P pitch and both .043″ and .050″ gauge. The Oregon .043″ narrow kerf chain (90PX) is specified for saws up to 42cc and OK for the MS 200.
